Wiggle Box Lineal Board Edger - Board View
- Infeed table singulates the flitches onto the scan belt
- Flitches are scanned and the optimized sawing solution is generated
- Chain bed and pressrolls holds flitch stable while feeding it through the lineal board edger
- The saw box rotates to skew the saws based on the angle of the cut line
- The saws slew on the arbor during the cut as required to edge the flitch
- The tailer fingers shift with linear positioners to the center of the sawn board(s)
