The Del-Tech RotoLoader is used to feed, unscramble and present varied lengths and diameters of logs, one at a time, to any type of log processing system in a sawlog operation.

• Up to 30 cycles per minute using minimal horsepower on up to 28 ft. in length
• From 3" to 28" and 8" to 36"
• RotoLoaders arrive on site completely assembled and shop tested. Power wiring and welding the RotoLoader into place are all that are required to start up
• Controls for the RotoLoader are simple photo-cells detecting the presence of logs at the infeed to start cycling and at the outfeed to hold back while logs clear the conveying system.
• The RotoLoader uses electric variable frequency drive motors coupled with gear reducers but can be driven hydraulically as well.
• The mechanical components of the RotoLoader utilize standard flange block and pillow block heavy duty bearings
• There are no specially made cam followers, wheels or guides of any kind in this device
• Spare parts are very basically stock standard and require no lead time should they be required.
