M2 Short Stock Ripsaw

The Del-Tech M-2 Ripsaw is used to convert trim end short material into uniform width components for finger jointing blanks. The M-2 Ripsaw will converts 2" x 4" into 2"x 3" and 2"x 6" into 2"x 4".

The unique design of positioning three 2 ¼" diameter knurled bottom in-feed rolls and three similar out-feed rolls allows the M-2 Rip- Saw to efficiently process material as short as nine inches (9") in length. One spring loaded top mounted hold down shoe between the saws runs full length over the in-feed and out-feed drive rolls.

Sawn material exits the saw on a 3" wide tailing belt. Edging strips simply fall down on each side of the belt onto an integral 8" wide endless waste conveyor.

A simple relocation of saw spacers on the arbor is all that is necessary to change board cut width setting.
