Del-Tech Industries has full machine shop services capable of precision machining and surface grinding. We can also do custom designs and engineering to suit the customers specific needs. 

Babbitt molds are manufactured as per customer specification. Either hand or pneumatic cylinder operated. Babbitt can be either cast directly onto the guide or cast separate complete with mounting holes ready for bolting onto the saw guide.

 

We offer a wide variety of material options, including aluminum or hardened steel. All saw guides are machined to customer specifications and surface ground within 0.0005”.
