Teaford Co. can provide you with a radiant, convective or combination radiant and convective thermal oil heater. These heaters are designed for your specific fuel whether it is dry material or wet fuel up to 60 percent moisture content.

Radiant Heater Coils: 

Radiant thermal heaters are available in two styles. A rolled coil cylinder design is available with tangent tube arrangement that is an economical design. A second design is a box coil design with bent tubes to create a box style design. Depending on the application, one of these two designs will be right for you. Both styles of radiant thermal oil heaters are available from 5 to 25 MMBTU/Hr capacities.

Tubular convective thermal oil heaters are available in a waste heat design. This design includes supply and return connections with serpentine heating coils providing the heating surface. These heating coils can be provided with heating capacities of 10 to 50 MMBTU/Hr capacities.

Combination Radiant and Convective Heater Coils:

These units utilize a combination box style furnace section with a serpentine convection style coil to reduce the combustion gas temperature and provide a very efficient system. These combination thermal oil heaters can be built with output capacities to 160 MMBTU/Hr in a single unit.
