RT Size Checker

RT Size Checker is designed to be supplied as an integrated part of a new Scanning and Optimization system, as an upgrade to an existing Porter system or as a complete stand-alone system.

RT Size Checker uses extremely accurate and rugged Laser Sensors to check the size of cants and sideboards within adjustable tolerances. The system displays graphically the sizes being produced in Real Time and also produces Reports for analysis. Up to 16 Sensors can be used to monitor a variety of dimensions and the system will give an alarm if any sizes drift outside the required tolerances. Alarms can be sent to a Pager, operator's display Monitor, flashing light etc. The system can track and record: Thickness, Width, Length, Average sizes, and Within-board and Between-board Variations.
