Porter's RT3 Cant Optimization for Cant Curve Sawing Gangs also includes vertical curve sawing c/w profiling.  This system uses Laser / Camera scanning on a lineal conveyor infeed to provide the optimum cant solution. A PLC and motion controllers are then used to correctly position and automatically process each cant through the shape-sawing machine. The system is designed for installation immediately downstream of a 2-sided canter.
