Human Machine Interface

The Human Machine Interface (HMI) is a sophisticated Windows based software package, used to monitor machine operation and to make instant adjustments to the system controls.  Diagnostic and error messages are displayed to the operator for easy and immediate response.

The HMI allows instant adjustment of the control system, including press roll timing, setworks, etc., using a PC with keyboard and mouse.  All adjustments are made in user-friendly real world units such as feet, inches and meters, using an on-screen keypad.
