Serro Consulting Corp. was incorporated in 1998, evolving from the former sales and service company, Annett Saw & Tool Co. Ltd., which was founded in 1990, in Quesnel B.C.Ken Annett, owner of Serro Consulting, has been a saw filer since 1970. Ken has held positions in a saw repair shop, a saw manufacturing plant and spent twelve years as a head filer in a sawmill.
