Serro Consulting Corp. was incorporated in 1998, evolving from the former sales and service company, Annett Saw & Tool Co. Ltd., which was founded in 1990, in Quesnel B.C.  Ken Annett, owner of Serro Consulting, has been a saw filer since 1970.  Ken has held positions in a saw repair shop, a saw manufacturing plant and spent twelve years as a head filer in a sawmill.

Serro Consulting's objective is to help sawmills reach their potential. This includes:

• Trouble shooting sawing problems
• Training saw filers
• Working closely with quality control and maintenance personnel
• Formulating the proper design of saws for the job

This goes hand in hand with getting the machinery to work at its optimum speed while producing high quality lumber.  Ken has been on assignments world-wide assisting mills with saw filing and equipment issues.
