Our systems are designed to take the guess work out of making pellets. All of our systems include material storage hoppers with self feeding mechanisms and built in mixing paddles that prevent the bridging of materials. Also included are the fluid injectors for metering necessary fluid to the conditioning tube, cooling chambers and pellet cleaning mechanisms that leave the finished product ready for storage. Our central greasing systems  leave no doubt that your main bearings have been greased. On top of this our award winning pellet mills are of the highest quality offering high pressure systems for one of the most dense pellets on the market (over 46lbs/cubic ft for fuel pellets).

All our components are made out of the highest grade materials. From our North American CSA / UL approved Weg motors and control panels, world class Italian gearboxes, highest quality German steel dies and Rollers and hand built casings and frames these systems are designed to run 24/7 with little maintenance.
